We will take every step possible to accomodate same day and timed requests.  Typically, orders going to a business address will be delivered first, followed by residential deliveries.

 

Funeral orders received three hours prior to the start of the family visitation will be delivered before visitation starts. orders received after the three hour cut-off will be delivered during the visitation.  Orders being delivered to cemeteries may be subject to an additional fee as ordered by the cemetery.

 

Rush deliveries are a priority. Orders are guaranteed to be delivered within the promised timelimit established at the time of the order. Orders going to a business should be noted with the time the person leaves or the business closed.

 

Orders placed in advance of the delivery date will be delivered before 12 noon of the delivery date unless otherwise indicated. Orders are generally delivered between 9 AM and 5PM on the day of delivery.  Earlier and later delivery times may be arranged at the time of the order for an additional cost.

 

 Orders placed after 5PM will fall into the next day's delivery time period. During holiday periods and episodes of inclement weather the delivery timeframe may be extended up to 2 hours if the courier service is experiencing unusually high volume.

 

If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left with a neighbor or in a sheltered place at the front door and the recipient will be notified. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer will be billed for the second delivery.
