Delivery Policy
  • A standard local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. Deliveries to St. Charles Co., MO, Jefferson Co., MO and Illinois  is $15.00.

 

  • Our Express Delivery Service is also available at an additional charge, if you need a RUSH delivery!   Please call us for more info at 1-800-856-5690.

 

  • We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

 

  • Orders should be received in by 2 PM local time(CST) to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be put on the 2nd delivery trip route. If at all possible and time allows, we will try our best to deliver it same day, if not, it will be delivered the next day.

 

  • We make deliveries on Sundays including hospital and funeral orders.  We are closed on Sunday and those received through the web site will be delivered the following business day.  

 

  • Delivery of orders to cemeteries cannot be guaranteed and will only be attempted. if section and lot number are included in the order.

 

  • We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly toll free at 1-800-856-8590. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
